You haven’t given much to go off but based on the pictures I would say that it could be
Lack of nutrients - which could be caused by feeding too lightly, not giving a balanced feed with enough N to sustain growth during flower or could be a pH issue.
without knowing any more that’s about it for now.

Agreed. Need more info, as much as possible helps. Lighting, grow medium, how often do you feed and with what, strain, temps, humidity...
