Yellowing leaves on stretched seedlings.

Well what problems don't I have? I stretched my seedlings out by putting them too far away from a light. Yesterday I watered my seedlings with a very diluted mixture of superthrive and fox farms grow big. They are sitting about 8-10" under a 250 Watt MH. It is warm like probably 80-90 F in the cab they're sitting on, but there's a fan blowing straight at the light so it's not uncomfortable on the back of my hand when I set it an inch or two above the plants.

Anyway, my poor stretched plants (which currently have the two rounded leaves from the seeds, 2 more leaves, and then 2 little tiny feathery undeveloped leaves) have now started to turn yellow around the leaves. I thought this looked like it might be too little water, even though I just watered yesterday.

I watered them thoroughly with just plain H2O. What should I do? Are these things destined to die?

Also, I just bought the stuff to make myself a DWC setup. I'm thinking about switching these seedlings over to hydro if they survive. Can I just put the jiffy pot (with top soil) in my net basket surrounded with more rockwool? Would this make my plants more healthy than growing them in dirt?

I've misplaced my digi-camera in the move to the new place. I'll lay off the water for 3 or 4 days anyway. They just seem to be drying out pretty quick with the fan and MH right there.
