You've got a nutrient antagonism thing working. If you would find out what the total NPK values are, as I requested, we could have an intelligent discussion regarding your problems. Here, read and STUDY this:

Once you go into a flowering mode root production is put on the back burner. Repot and have the plant established (as reflected by new growth) a few weeks prior to flipping it.
