This plant is about 2 weeks old, I have her in FF light warrior and fed 2x so far with 50% of Age Old Grow (12-6-6). I thought that this was nute burn so i flushed yesterday, but havent really seen any results. Temps are just under or @ 80 and Im using 6500k cfl. Any ideas?

defenetly nute burn .... How often are you giving that plant nutes . Nute burn starts at the tip of the leaf and works its way into the stem ... . Flush that plant ASAP use plenty of water and dont give any nutes until your plant asks for it . How old are your plants , or plant, you wont see results within a day . Just keep an eye on the new growth . If the lower leafs dont get any worse i would just cut the damaged leafs in half as your plant will TRY to fix the burnt parts but to no availe . Plant will use to much energy trying to repair the damage

^Agreed, waaaay too early for nutes, in that soil. That plant should be like 3-5X bigger than that, before it would need any nutes. I use the same soil, the same sized cups, and grow them until they are 4-8" tall(depending on when I can get to transplanting) and never give them anything. Then i transplant into 1 gallon pots, and still don't give them anything. Then when they get to 14-18" tall, I go to a 3 gallon pot, and still no nutes. Then i give them a week to adjust to the transplant and build new roots, move them into bloom for another week or two, then start nutes.

Adding nutes doesn't make them grow faster, because they can only process what they require, and that depends on alot of things, such as size, lighting, environment, etc.....I'm not trying to sound like I'm preaching or anything, so i hope it doesn't seem like that. I'm just trying to get you pointed in the right direction, because i know it's tough to get everything worked out as a noob. I was a noob not too long ago, and i remember it well.

Thanks guys they are doing way better now after the flush. Don't believe everything you read out there! I was under the impression i needed to start feeding right from the get go after reading info on the fox farms website and on the back of the age old grow bottle.

Great reply jawbrodt. Agreed 10 fold, and I'm very glad your plant is showing improvement! Maybe post back with pictures of improvement if you get time =)
