Yellowing/dying

Ok,my friend has 2 plants about 2 weeks old the bottom leaves turn yelow and die everytime a new set of leaves comes in....there out doors and get ful sun light. any idea on why this is happening

The round leaves coltydeons are supose to fall off but i dunno about there others.. pictures would be nice.

are you feeding it? sounds like nute burn but a pic is the only way to be certain
