Yellowing During *Early* Flowering (Pics)

I know there is another post like this. But im wondering if its natural or a problem..

This is roughly Day 15 of Flowering and my lowest leaves are yellowing/browning and falling off..

The nutes ive been giving it is

"Bloom Booster" 15-30-15

And im using 5x 23W 2700k CFLs.

Thats not normal at this stage in flowering. maybe in the last week when the plant is using up all the nutes from the leaves. That plant also looks a little small, is it a low ryder?

No the reason im flowering it at such an early stage is.. Ive never had a successful plant before.. so i want to take a plant froms start to finish before i start growing 3 Foot plants.. and doing more Advanced things with the plants..

Since its not normal.. do you have any idea on what could be causing the problem..

Ive heard Fluxuating PH could be the problem. Ive been trying to Balance the PH in my water with each watering.. but its hard because my test kit is cheap and hard to read.
