Yellowing/browning/drying leaves

Ok, my setup is this:

- 59 watt fluorescent bulb which was intended to be used along with our main growing light which should have arrived by now, but didn't because the post office somehow managed to lose my package.

- Two fertilizers:
45-0-0 and
6-18-12 + 2% Ca, B 0,06%, 0,08% Mn, 2% Mn, 0,05% Cu, 0,005% Mo, 5% S, 1% Fe, Zn 0,2%.

They are 38 days old and I just switched to 12/12 2 or 3 days ago. They were in a 24 hour light cycle.

I'm not sure what kind of soil mine is. It's some kind of organic soil, I think. It's also got plenty of worm castings. I'm thinking it could over-fertilizing. What do you guys think? Thanks

I think it's kinda unlikely to be heat stress since temps are around 25 degrees celsius (around 77 fahrenheit i think) and mostly it's the lower leaves that are drying up like that. I will try using distilled water... thanks.
