Yellowing bottom leaves in flowering

So im 12 days into flowering and my taller plants bottom leaves are dying and some top leaves are looking burnt. The young buds are looking fine but is it ok that the leaves are looking like this soo early into flowering? im using GH nutes and only half strength, but when i saw the leaves first yellowing, i added some water with veg nutes and maybe that is causing the burning. its under a 250w HPS on 12/12

it is natural for some fan leaves to turn yellow and die during the flowering stage. but if a lot more leaves start doing the same the plant needs more food try keeping to the exact instructions for nutes.

so how are ur plants now? doing good i hope.

well, more leaves have turned yellow but the buds are growing and the plant is getting taller. im like 25 days into flowering so I think that when I refill my resevour on the 30th im going to put half vegging nutes and half flowering nutes. what do you think? shud I just put a full dose of flowering nutes and no vegging?

no veg nutes when you are flowering...it gives the plant to much nitrogen.

yea you want low nitrogen high phos. and potassium. stick to the plan man, stick to the plan. lol

kahtn is right. You should be cutting those lower fan leafs off anyway, It'll inhance the buds.

And NO veg nutes! Your plants will die of confusion!
