No, but doesn’t that have something to do with water purity?
It's the amount of dissolved solids in the water, including fertilizer, measured in electrical conductivity or EC. This is often converted into parts per million or PPM. What and how much of it are you feeding them?

Each container holds roughly 4 gallons, so I’ve been putting a teaspoon of each of these nutrients per 4 gallons

You're using 2 parts of the Flora Micro 3-part system, combined with the Grow part of their organic system. I'm guessing too much nitrogen, and the organics are probably throwing off the pH. Get a bottle of Flora Bloom to go with the Flora Grow and Micro. Stop using the two organic bottles entirely, seeing as how you're in Hydroton. Organics are typically for soil, mineral salts (Flora series) are better for hydroponics.
