your plant looks fine, theyre not always perfectly green, you could just be experiencing a ph fluctuation?

It might be anything from a little nute burn to fluctuations in the PH.
Nothing to worry about, the plant looks fine.

how would i flush the plant with water, do i just use distilled water and put it in the soil until it comes out the bottom of the container?

Hey man, dont stress to much. This happened to me. I fixed it by always carefully ph'ing my water. And make sure you let the water you feed your plants sit for 24 hours so that all the chlorine could evaporate. Peace
