Yellow Specks

I increased the light from 80 to 100% it did not get worse. I noticed a few days ago. It's a 14 day seedling in mixture of FFOF, pro mix and perlite. I was going to transplant but I want to make sure she could handle it. I've only given it PhD 6.15 to 6.3.

Rh 60 to 70%
Temp 78 to 81°F
2 fans running
Ac infinity 2x4 light
Par at 165 at 80%
Par at 200 at 100%

Any thoughts on what's going on? I thought maybe the light

I've had little dots from mites and from a Ca deficiency. Neither looked exactly like your little dots.

What is wrong auto flower in front doing well but feminized doing shit all these yellow tips yellow what is wrong
 
Nutrient is general hydro very mild 200ppm. And ph at 5.5. 24 inch t5 ho 28watt single bulb. I been feeding by hand till they get bigger more roots and was going to then throw in cloner. What can I do
