Wow my friend, your plants are quite unhealthy,.....as i'm sure you're aware.
What kinda Soil you using? Are you useing fertz, if so when did you start, what did you use. '

i used miracle grow moisture control pottin mix andi got some jobes indoor plant spikes that i just put in there 2 days ago i know they'er being overwaterd my friend was watering them every other day and i havent watered them in 4 days but i just use room tempeture water i put in a jug from the tap i transplanted them 3 days ago

Oh man, MG soil is garbage, and no good for Marijauna, and those fert sticks are going to be makin things worse.
I'm going to suggest something minorly drastic to help ensure more problem free sucess.
Step 1:
Go anywhere and pick up general potting mix. It should have some peat moss, compost, topsoil, and pearlite in it. It's cheap man do yourself a favor and grab a big 25L bag.
Step 2.
Up root your plants, CAREFULLY with your hands fluff the root ball and gently try to remove as much of that soil as possible. Trying not to break any major tap roots. You can even trim the bottom, this will help stimulate new root growth.
Step 3.
When re planting, fill the pot 1/3 full with new soil, then lower roots into pot, carefully hold the plant in position raised so the roots dangle into the pot and touch the bottom, with your other hand, evenly fill dirt all the way around and in between the roots. Follow this up by soaking the soil right out till water drains out the bottom. You wanna be sure of your water?? Buy Distilled.it's cheap enough. My tap water kills plants. Even if i let it sit.(add soil to top if watering exposes roots.)
Step 4.
DO NOT WATER AGAIN UNTIL THE DIRT BECOMES DRY AND CRACKED. SERIOUSLY.
THEN REPEAT STEP 3.
In a weeks time when your plants over come the shock they will expload with growth. And you can rest easy knowing that your soil and plants have everything it needs and not too much of something.

calcium or magnesium deficiency i assume. you could go to the hydrostore and get som cal-mag, or florisious plus

MJ plants from my experience over come Severe root ball trimming and transplant shock much faster than Nutrient Lockout's and what not.

i got a 1.5cf bag og organic soil that i was planning on transplanting them to 5gallon buckets but the soil they're in now isnt just mg its some other potting mix some dirt from the ground and some perlite do you know anything about 175 watt mercury vapor light?

Murcury Vapor falls between Cool white and metal halide.
It's for vegging. And yea hopefully that new soil helps a lot. And forget ferts for now, feed with 1 tablespooon molassas per 2L pop bottle until you get familiar with fertalizer NPK ratios and when your plant needs what. For now it should find most of what it needs in that new soil.

some vitamin b1 or super b + should green them back up if they are yellow you can add it in their food or you can dillute it and spray it directly on the plants the yellow is probably due to overwatering just let them dry out a little also u shud plant them in a a potting mix like hp pro or sunshine this is a soiless medium that will allow you to add whatever nutrients you want. You should definitely have a ph/ppm/temp meter ph should never be over 7 and water temp shud be around 25 degrees celsius

Don't be a muppet. You got UV rays flooding into your house? Come on now, although that's true, the window of time here is mere minutes. And if you never heard of root trimming, do some more research before you go knockin ppl down, espically when their reputation far outweighs yours on the forum.
Also, soil less mediums are not a good idea for beginner growers IMO.

do male's have more leaves than females because i always thought males were tall and lanky with not alot of leaves and females were the bushy ones but someone told me its the other way around

That doesn't necessarily determin sex. Tall generally Sativa Strain
Short bushy usually Indica strain

appreciate sgt. i'm going to bring em back...everything is pieceing its self together i got that 175 watt light for free i just wanna make it hps instead of mv i just dont know how to go about doing it

You can't make it Hps. You can use it for veg, but It'll be slower than a Metal Halide, or even 6500K CFL's.
Hps bulbs require a matching ballast specificallyrated for the bulbs wattage.

would i be able to just take the built in ballast out of my fixture and replace it with a hps ballast

Err that seems like the hard way to do it, but you could do that.
I would rather, run a long cable from the HPS ballast to a socket, maybe you can harvest that from your MV unit. This will allow you to have the ballast part outside the grow cab. And make for easier positioning of the bulb.

i'll have to post a pic of my light... its a street lamp with a built in ballast its not the best but it was free
