Looks more like iron or mag def, zinc defs usually twist the leaves radically

are you adding any mag?

did you add dolomite to your FFOF?

I have heard that Mag/Cal defs are common in FFOF, I had em

the ff nutes im using has mg in it and iron no calcium though but the mollasses has calcium so i figured it would help and its straight up ffof

I really don't know anyting about FF nutes but I do know to much of one nute can lock out another so not sure if the blend your feeding could cause that

Are you following thier feeding schedule?

some strains like a lot of mag!

perhaps someone with more FF experience will post?

I think its is magnesium def as well. Add some Epsom salt to the solution and see. they are cheap and easy to get, and just dissolve into the water.

I know a lot of people on rollitup.org use molasses, but if you're doing nutrients correctly and have a good soil mix, I don't understand why you need it. Plants need water, light, CO2... and then they need Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. From those components (and some other minor minerals), the plant can make everything it needs to grow big and healthy.

If you are going to use molasses, it seems like you should let the plant get comfortable after the switch from veg to flowering before you start adding stuff to the soil that the plant isn't expecting.

What are you watering with? Tap water or RO/distilled? I don't think you'd have a mag deficiency if you were using tap water... are you checking pH?

tap water that sits for atleast 24 hrs and with my cheap ph tester it says between 6.5 and 7 so i tkink its fine i checked the smorning and i think it looks a little better so hopefully adding the nutes is starting to help thanks for all the help and if anyone has any other ideas please post them
