Yellow leaves, HELP!!!

Why are my plants having yellow leaves, I have checked the ppm and they are higher than before and plants look worse. Can someone help me on what I am doing wrong to save my plant before they die.

pictures usually help. a lot of people with their plants are like mechanics with cars. they can diagnose it just by looking at it
