Hey everyone.. I'm getting ready to harvest one of my girls tonight, but one thing is making me wonder..?

I know how to judge when to harvest by the tricombs.. Here is a pic for those curious as well..

But what I am wondering about.. Is I see alot of "Harvest ready" pics, and the fan leaves are yellowing and dying off around the buds.. Like these.

I ask because my tricombs match up on how i want to harvest, but around the buds still look very green and alive.. This is my plant, the pics were taken yesterday..

Am I trying to cut too early, or do some growers stop giving their plants water around harvest? Which causes the coloring and dying of the leaves? Some input please! Thanks

yellowing of leaves is caused by the lack of nitrogen, in some cases it starts earlier than harvest time...i think that a vast majority of growers water their plants normally till the end, only feeding is restricted, especially when it is chemical..by doing so you get rid of the chemical taste in your buds...

I woud give it no longer than another week at most. It looks good to me though but harvest whenever the trichomes are to ur liking. GL
