Yellow edges on two-week old

So as you can see, the tips of my little girls are yellowing and I need your expert advice. This is happening on 3/5 plants with also some slight yellowing on the lowest leaves. Tops seem to look better/greener. They are 2 week old tomorrow Blackjack seeds in Fox Farm soil with a 400w hps bulb 2.5ft high. Soil PH is 6.9. They were moved to their soil pots from a germ kit at 1 week old and watered thoroughly and I have not watered since (plan on it tomorrow according to moisture meter). I Also have 2 yeast co2 bottles going. So those are the details.

Long story short, I was having trouble maintaining temps in their room and it was between 77-94f for the first week and a half. Damn You Summer Sun. As of 3 days ago ive finally gotten the temp. stabilized between 76-84. So i dont know if temp. could have been a factor in all this. I also wouldnt think it would be lack of nuts bc of the "good" soil ... at least for the first 4 weeks.

But thats the story, thxs for your input.

EDIT: After looking at the pictures and wigging out, that is mostly dirt specks on the leaves and not brown spots after I blew them off..
