generally .5 grams per watt is a good average for HID lights. Obviously strain, veg times, and grow techniques will come into play. An experienced grower might get 1 gram per watt.

Your question can not be answered with any accuracy as there are so many variables that will impact the final yield.
Anyone coming out with an exact amount is just pulling your leg

I would say you will yield some where around 0 grams per plant if you keep on implementing every Tom, Dick and Harry's stupid suggestions such as flushing.
You may want to get a few extra opinions before blindly jumping into deep end of the septic tank.
