I grew a plant that netted about a QP of some decent smoke with three incandescent 150-150-300 watters. I also used nutes, a heat shield, a light filter, lined walls, water with carbonated water etc.... in other words I babied the hell out of it, and because of that what I got was decent, but just decent (got high with a head ache, didn't taste very good, but lasted forever).
