Yeast Co2 Question

I made a Milk Jug yeast Co2 system today.... I was wondering if I should take the Co2 tube out during the night.. I hooked it up to the fan that's inside blowing down on my woman..... I know it is prob. no where near 1500 ppm, and plants use Co2 like we use oxygen... Its not a air sealed box and i have comp fans on like 3 volts (very slow) while the lights are off to circulate... I'm a week in to flower and the blue dynamite looks goooooood:weed: SO co2 Yeast makers do you take the tube out at night?

...yea the fan is on really low to keep a little circulation in the box..... when I do my next gro I will prob. get a Co2 container w/ regulator and timers when the co2 comes on the fans go off....but this is my first and I had to build a make shift Co2 yeast system.....prob. not bringin' the ppm up 2 much... I used 6g active yeast / 4 cup sugar and water.... I can see it is working, hope its worth it....
