It should look like that in half the time. Seen worse though. Maybe your just not giving it enough light.

Not to brag or be a dick but this is what girls should look like at 3 weeks. These are all on day 19



Yours does look like a healthy green but I'm not sure why it's not growing.

I wouldnt worry it just needs more light the stronger the light the bigger they get and when it starts to get more leaves go get the go box from general organics it really gave mine a kick and its cheaper than the big name nutes!Could also be the big pot the little guy is in i guess it takes them longer to grow if you throw them into a bigger pot to soon or thats what i read!

Your mistake was putting the new seedling into a 3-gallon pot. Now your plant is going to sit there and just grow roots
until the roots hit the wall of the pot. THATS WHY WE TRANSPLANT A COUPLE TIMES before they go in the final pot.
