i won't name names but someone got transplanted last night! to a one gallon lol. not like there's much more room in that one buuuuuuuut whatever. sorry plant! i mixed coco coir with MG organic seed starting mix. the plant got some rain yesterday so i didn't wet the soil mix at the bottom, but i did mist the top of the soil. the soil around the root was damp - not wet. it looks pretty happy this morning, maybe slightly in shock but nothing drastic.

got home and transplanted it again! figured why not since it seemed fine. when i turned it over outta the old 1gal plastic we were both shocked at how aggressively the roots have already begun to grow since last night! it was awesome!! okie doke picture time :)

Few new pictures. Miz did a bit of pruning of some unhealthy leaves. Looks a lot happier after that.

Nothing seems to make her happier than a day in the sun.

Thats great you can get them natural sunlight. If I took mine out I am not sure if my dog would eat it, my kids would pull it out and start running around the yard with it or my gardener would yank it out and put it in his garden, but it would definitely not last a few hours outside ;)

we're going to be doing just that very soon... getting an ec meter in the mail today to stop me from burning it again with the nutes.

I think we have a minor fungus gnat problem, so we're gonna drench the soil with a 3% hydrogen peroxide diluted to 20% with tap water.

lol for some reason our dogs don't mess with it! unlike my sunflowers, which our fat dog recently ate all the leaves off of:cuss:

we have had a bit of a bug problem lately.. he laid down stuff supposed to be perimeter control for all ants, spiders, mites, etc but then it killed everything except the little black ants. UGH!!!!! i do NOT do bugs in my house so Oli bought some srs bsns pyrethrum and Suspend SC (??) and a sprayer and will be.... controlling the perimeter this evening. i discovered the reason my rosemary and other various fairly-well established plants are dying is because the roots are being destroyed by those fuckers! super rude! anyway, i expect our minor bug issue will be remedied very soon.

i think we'll be doing food soon. also we've started turning the lights off a few hours each day. spooky! i think i'll go take some pictures of the plant now!

our plant looks sad and droopy :( i don't think it took kindly to the h2o2 bath.. :(
i watered it and put it outside today. i think that helped a little but... we'll see!

Too late now, but from what I read fungus gnat larva only hangs out in the top of the soil so the flood was probably not needed, they also thrive in wet conditions so next time you may want to let it dry out a bit and just give an h202 watering.

I am using organic nutes, after my flush I did a EWC tea and use blackstrap molasses every watering. It keeps all of the little soil critters happy, and my plant seems to like it as well.

UGH it's lime freaking green. just fed it last night. original PPM reading was 18, after adding nutes it was 126. wtf.
