I'm not being evaced...I have too much value here and I know looters will be in if we do get evaced...maybe I'll end up locked up...but I'm protecting my house...the wife kin live in the vacant apt at her work...looters...a sad reality....;((

thanks hippy....I never got the yard populated...I could see this coming...got my evac alert tonight...lake is apparently going to rise another foot, then start to go down...that'll be about 15 inches in my yard...its a challenge...

I was just wondering about how you were going to fair this year. I rememer last year was touch and go, and from what I've heard the reports of higher than normal snow pack, means things could get a little dicey in some areas.

We've been looking for land up north for a few months now, but we've been waiting for the freshet season to see how bad the flooding gets in the area... I guess the time to get up there and start walking properties is now.
