...fucking assholes! To think these jerks would go out and arrest people on Christmas Eve! TAlk about being heartless pricks! I just don't get it here, or anywhere else where the law protects medical marijuana patients & their meds growing. As a medical Marijuana card patient myself, I have no option other than to grow my meds because the laws in Hawaii addressing medical marijuana patients & their med needs is one big grey spot that our Groucho Marx looking Governor, Linda Lingle never addressed as promised!
I really wanted to get some pics of the helicopters but wifey has the one working digital with her in Hilo.. But I have posted a few pics of B.I.

So umm... was it federalis or was it local pd? If it was the DEA, there's nothing that can be said or done right now, but if it's the local PD- the state laws must be enforced.

I'm willing to bet my next wave of short season mamas, that is was a county bird flying over. Our out going police Chief for the Big Island has decided to not acknowledge our new county initiative which turns cannabis into a lowest priority arrest. Meaning Big Island adults can have up to 24 plants of any stage as long as they have their medical marijuana card. But our anal retentive police chief like so many other police chiefs across this nation refuse to honor these new laws or initiatives that have been recently ratified in favor of legal medical marijuana. These assholes have gone as far as to avoid the direct orders of the 9th circuit too!

same here on oahu, around pearl city area we get iron birds flying all over the place. I guess they planned out a xmas eve pot hunt. Damn assholes.

Makes me want to ...........:spew:Maybe Obama will Listen to our needs..............who knows, he could become a medicinal patient too.:weed:

is it hard to get your med card in hawaii?
:weed:Not very difficult at all if you have a medical history with Doctors that have treated you for the medical problem you have.

When I was signing up it was very discouraging for quite a few of the new patients though. Some people are suffering from something more than others and simply can't wait for 3-4 months and maybe have a successful grow to keep them going. I would be one of those people. While working in Cali I had a friend buy for me at some Medicinal dispensory, great selection for particular types of treatments,,,,,,,,,,,I need the anti inflamatory in the Sativa for my disc disease and inica to help sleep without pain.

We don't have the access to Medicinal Marijuana here in Hawaii.
You get a license to grow it and possess it............feel sorry for the cancer patients here, got to have Ohana.:leaf::peace:
