xenon?

Hi, im a first time grower, and just purchased my light set up. i have 2 t5 fluro lights one is only 13 watts the other is 45 watts and 6400k in addition i have 3 small led lights they are only 8 watts but have 410 lumens and finally i bought an 80 watt xenon light. everywhere i look people really dont seem to know if xenon is good or bad to use. theres alot of information about people trying to rig their headlights in their cars for a grow but that seems kind of stupid and too much work. however just reading in general science websites xenon is said to resemble sunlight more than any type of other light but i also know it has a high percentage of wavelenght in the green spectrum that plants dont need. but i know that hps lights contain xenon, and some types of hid lights are made with xenon. so is it good? bad? should i return it and get another t5 45 watt? please anyone who has actually used xenon to grow with id like some feedback
