How much info are you looking for suggestion wise?
I could drop a little info bomb if you'd like?

Here's a tidbit though on LED's

If you have height restrictions make sure to get a panel with 3w LED's this allows you to get them closer without light burn than 5w diodes.
Lens reflectors are synonymous with your ideal footprint. 120° for a wider footprint, this is ideal for 3w as you can get a wide footprint with good coverage. 60-90° is good for a 5w diode because it enhances the already prominent canopy penetration of high intensity diodes.
Panel wise you want 440nm-460nm and 660nm minimum although most now have white(6500k) with Uv and IR diodes.
You are looking at 60-80$ for a cheapo 300w(100-130w actual draw) and 100-120$ for the "quality ones"
Cheapo's work fine if you aren't looking to drop 500$ for one light or 50$ more for a similar quality light. Two of these will work for a 2x2 tent. A rule of thumb is 50w/sq.ft. of actual draw not rated wattage.
20 μmoles to get complicated.
Led's run very cool but don't let that led you to believe you don't need an exhaust. C02 is mostly immobile so if there is no air flow the C02 around the immediate leaf surface will be used up and photosynthesis will be inhibited.
Cold is usually the bigger issue.

If you are very just starting, i have a recommendation.
60$ on amazon - 4 bulb 2ft t5.
Make sure the spectrum or kelvin rating is 6500k until flowering. This light will cover a 6" x 18" are of seedlings perfectly for at least two weeks and depending on training or pot size and plant count, you could do your entire 3 or 4 week veg cycle under this one 60$ light.

3 or 4 weeks is long enough to both save up for and decide on your LED purchase.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be very wary of what you purchase because not all lights are made the same. And that goes both ways. I have an 80w actual draw that outperforms a 130w because of it's reflectors and more efficient light spectrum but it did indeed cost more. Only 20$ more. Personally I spent a month deciding which one is the right light for my situation and for it's price.

If you need anything do not hesitate to ask, there is nothing more discouraging than a failed or inadequate first grow attempt.
