WTF...why does my new thread need approval??

I just posted a huge new thread showing a setup i'm working on with pics & the whole nine yards & after I posted it said that my post had to be approved by moderators first...is this how it's going to be every time I post pics? I was hoping to get some feedback & tips so this blows donkey cock...1 hour & still not up...
