I know this sounds like a plant problem...but it isn't really a problem. No real ill effects, just wondering what it is...Bird crap, maybe?...

Yeah probably would have noticed...also it is unlikely as I sprayed with preventative mite secticide before even putting it out, and again today about 4 days later...

thats what it is then man lol, its alright isnt hurting any thing thats what mite sprays do the build a film on the leaves so
that the mites dnt eat your plant as soon as they get a taste of that they either die or leave. your fine a good rain will wash it right
off

It had rained, 2 times after applying...

it'll stay there for a bit. I have neem residue on one or two leaves, and it just leaves a whit film. it may be there awhile, ...... no worries bra

Ok, I guess its in 'dots' because I spray it on instead of sponge like most neem is applied
