By extraction, i mean how are you exhausting the hot air from your room, and replacing it with fresh air?

how big are the plants. are you sure the lights did it or nutes? got pics?
ive never put nutes in it. its almost 2ft tall. its a leftover from my first grow that didnt work. its also abused pretty bad bc it was my first grow. i did the plant seeds and learn later method.....

its not in a box anymore to reduce heat

I'd get rid of that foil.... paint flat white or mylar.. foil can cause burn spots in some areas.. At that size you give nutes..start at 1/4 strength..and I water a plant that size every 3-4 days.. let the roots look for water not sit in it....
What are the NPK levels on those house plant nutes.......
remember more nute & water doesn't mean bigger plant..it means grim shit...

leaves are pretty droopy, if your watering every 4 or 5 days... when does the droop start? It might need more water than your giving it if the leaves feel thin. If there is not enough water in the pot then the roots cant take in nutes, too much and you drown em. If its not the watering, then check your temps, get a cheap digital thermometer with a max and min setting so you can see the full range of temps your plant is exposed to.
