Wtf am I looking at

HELP...cannot figure out what's doing this. Have two photos in veg and an auto that just starting bloom. It started on the auto so I sprayed all three with Dr doom formula 420 3 in 1 spray. Now just a few days later it's happening to all the plants I can't see any bugs and I'm all over these things.

Did you spray during sunlight?

Did you do the proper concentration or go over or under on the mix?

Followed directions. It's no cause from the spray it was a bug issue. Dr doom didn't help much at all. Diatomaceous earth and neem spray got me fixed up.

Flea beetles. p.i.a. but they usually dissappear

You don't see them because they jump off . Sneak up on them and any soap horticulture oil works .
