Wterfarm Root Issue

How do i get my seedlings roots to grow well in hydroton media in my waterfarm top feed drip system??? i moved it into the system 4 days ago in a root riot plug and no roots have emerged how can i set up something to hold the plug to grow the roots out so i know there healthy for transplant?? and watering to promote root growth ie how much a day

Any 1 please any advise on waterfarms and seedling development ????

i used grodans but i guess its all the same. i never put my cubes into hydroton till i had roots coming out of the grodan

yeah there was one big root comming out the bottom of the plug and i didnt want it getting light or risk damaging the roots when i put it in the rocks but either way from what i been reading peope are sayin just put it in the rocks and leave it alone it HAS to grow out into the media eventually either that or die and its still green and growing so im guessing its not on death row yet
