ok so i decided on using either hesi or foxfarm or advanced nutes and so far hesi is soundin pretty good cuz well foxfarm is organic and i dont like organic and number 2 advanced nutes are trying to charge me 521 dollars for nutes so they can suck my balls through straws im not paying that much for nutes but other them 3 does anyone know any other gooood nutes that aint for 500 bucks

Yea, remeber you dont have to buy there whole 'sales gimic' on nuts feed programs. Just by the 2 or 3part and maybe a bloom booster!

Maybe some epsom salts once and a while!

keep it simple is best! theres nothing better than a rich soil that's still holds it's nitrogen smell after harvest. (nitrogen gone, but I still know the smell

)

I'm using Canna Aquea.
I also use a little Liquid Silca,

I'm having great results with these products and can recomend them.

I have some Canna Zym (For root health) and Liquid Karma in the post.

The Genreal Hydroponics are also ment to be very good.

What method of hydro are you growing?

How big is your rez?

I did a couple of grows with $80 AN Connoisseur.

i am going with a bubbleponic grow and my rez would be 8 gallons

I have only tried two systems.
Dutch Master and Advanced Nutrients.

I am sticking with AN.

Here is what I use.

These are the additives I use.

I also use these at very specific times.

There are cheaper, and there are more expensive,
ways to grow.

Here are the cheapest nutes
that I know growers actually use,
with good result.

General Hydroponic Three Part.

For the best prices, search ebay, and google "hydroponic".

Search online, and compare to your local hydro store,
to get the best prices on whatever system you decide to grow with.

You should also have a good pH meter.

whats in that picture is that ph up and ph down?? and yea i have a gooood ph meter.....but for my first grow what would u suggest for nutes i know nutes is a huge part of growing and not to many of them are forgiving but for my first time u got any suggestions??

The solution you see in the picture is what you use to calibrate the meter. You never use on the plants.

Earl is recommending Advanced Nutrients but if you want to go a cheaper but acceptable route, then the General Hydroponics 3-part (Micro, Grow, Bloom) - which btw - what i use.

man....i know i could do a goood job but im procrastinating or however u spell it i think im just scared to mess up and i spent all this money for nothing

what is the worse that can happen? your plants die, right? what do you do? plant some more! but i don't think you'll have any trouble getting something smokable -- but you gotta plant those first few seeds/clones first :leaf:

yea thats true i just need to make one trip to the home depot then im gonna start my grow journal so hopefully you and earl will check it out every now and give me a few pointers
