Say someone lives two minutes away from the police station and they get caught growing about 14 plants, would they get more charges or no?

wow who would grow that close you would get busted so fast but wher i live if u get busted growing it is a autimatic 5 years federal prisen no matter if you have 1 plant or 100 i hope ur not growing 2 min. from the police cuz they will smell it and bust u

If he's asking this question, there's probably reason to worry
. If it was me I wouldn't grow that close to a police station if I had reason to worry. To my knowledge there's no ordinance stipulating that there are more charges because of proximity to a police station.

No, I don't see why you would, the only thing you're doing by growing close to them is making it a bit easier to catch you at it. That being said, the odds of being caught are just about the same as if you were growing anywhere. 14 plants isn't enough to make your place stand out all that much, and good luck to them in trying to get close enough to prove what you're doing, provided you know how to defend your right to privacy.
Growing near a school could lead to additional charges though since you're endangering children, even though you're totally not.
