GH 3-part is a general fertilizer for all sorts of crops. Without mentioning what your ratios or EC is, it's not really telling anyone anything.

If you want to get rid of your manganese deficiency, it would be helpful to know exactly what EC you're feeding at and what your pH is because "perfectly balanced" is subjective and your your plant's manganese deficiency means your plant doesn't think it's perfectly balanced.
