would this many plants fit/Co2 setup

ok im going to grow my plants mature how many plants can i grow useing a 600w hps with acouple of CFl's on the side of them like 1 or 2 on the side of the plants.also i am useing the co2 setup skunkushybrid gave but how do i tell if it is working it has almost ben 2 days

The rule of thumb is one plant per square foot. If you are growing SOG style, single cola with no branching, then the rule of thumb is four plants per square foot.
