would these lights work

im currently looking for a light to grow plants its just coz i dont payy the bill im trying to find one that uses the same energy as a normal light so far i found low-energy floodlight and some L.E.D's would theses work?

L.E.Ds maybe, Floodlight link dont work..... Dude just go with CFLs they are dirt cheap and use hardly any electricity. They grow good bud:
