I would love to get my hands on some seeds of "Colombian"

Here is a link .... Hybrid marijuana plant found in Mexico - Science - MSNBC.com

- Cannot be killed with herbicides.

- Can be hacked away, but as long as the root is ok, it will come back on it's own!

- Mature in about two months

- Can be planted at any time of year

- High yields

So... Yea... were can I get some seeds? =] .... or any more info on the "Colombian"

.

I'm already working on a contact in Mex ;-]

Things are looking promising.... though they don't have any seeds, they did know what I was talking about.... and they said it came from California....

Now why am I not surprised... lol =]

Can be planted at any time and grows from seed to harvast in two months. Sounds like an auto-flowering strain to me.

This is an article that once again shows just how devastating prohibition is...

-claimed more than 2,000 lives in Mexico this year...
-dumped five human heads on the dance floor...
-More than 18,000 people have been searched...
-Mexico has also continued to struggle with corruption among its law enforcement ranks.

And these thing were glanced over like the background fill it was supposed to be.... :-| And Caldron calls it a success!!! LOL

Such a shame that a country is spending tremendous resources on an unwinnable war that an impoverished country like Mexico could use for so much better things like, ummm, - health care, agriculture, technology, building a stronger manufacturing base, building more jobs for it's citizens, tourism, Public transportation, public works, roads, communications, ect. Maybe if they started working on these things they would have a country that doesn't need to import there work force to another country or have such issues with corruption! HELLO MEXICO, THIS DRUG WAR IS WHAT IS KILLING YOUR COUNTRYMEN AND DRIVING THEM AWAY, NOT THE DRUGS!!!

ta2, I think those are some very astute observations. I believe that the U.S. puts a lot of pressure on other countries to comply with our drug stance as well.
Seamaiden... do you know something about this plant? Share your story, no?
I know nothing about THIS plant. That's what I was saying, it's not like the Colombian we used to smoke way back in the 70s.

Thx, yeah we spend a LOT of money subsidizing our border countries 'fight on this war' but I bet it would pale in comparison to what either Canada or Mexico could do with importing/exporting if they were to legalize MJ and make this fight against drugs a public health issue rather than a criminal issue!

I think wolfman is a little young to remember the 'columbian' strain you are talking about... isn't that original strain still alive and well?

This article almost just sounds like more propaganda. I mean come on, a strain that finishes from seed to harvest in just 2 months and has huge yields according to the article. Show me an auto flower strain that has a huge harvest.
It can't be killed with herbacides? Maybe not the same ones they've been using, but some thing is able to kill them. This is just like all the articles in overseas news about the "new skunk" that makes people violent and crazy. It seems like reefer madness all over again.

Not just border countries. I believe that in Canada it is at least DEcriminalized.

Wow, I have NO idea. I haven't heard of it being sold or grown in years. Years and years and years. Lumbo. Mersh. Acapulco Gold. And the four finger lid.
