How does one apply this? Can I just apply the peroxide/water mix right into the res? Should I flush and just have water in the res? Any links on the matter would be much appreciated.

So are you trying to take the chlorine out of water or run a cleaner system ?

No they took one of the stabilizers used to stabilize 3% as a pain killer till they found out its bad lol.
It is a good read though. I advise against adding it unless you have issues with fungus or running completely sterile with salt based nutrients. I believe beneficial microbes are better because they out compete the bad stuff and help break down stuff into plant food. Beneficials are obviously incompatible with h202. You will kill the poor bastards.
