I am thinking of growing autos again in doors. I was wanting to know would a T5 2ftx4bulb 96 watt plus adding some CFLs be good for 3 autos in a small grow box? Or would I need a bigger T5 for 3 autos?
would a T5 be good for autos?

If using 2 ft . Get an 8 bulb and some aquarium bulbs

ok thank you for the reply. I was thinking that if I LSTed the 3 plants and used a few CFLs that it might be enough. My grow box is small and the 8bulb T5 would stick out to far. Thats why I was asking about the 4bulb system.

Agree. I've been impressed this year by the CFLs I have added. T5 8-tube 48" is my next big buy. Perfect for vegging.

so what would you use for flowering? would you still use the T5 but just change the bulbs to 3000k?

Dude...... Just in the first 3 pages of the threads you have started there are 22 threads on light selection alone!!!!!!!!! No joke.... Then about a half dozen on bud candy.... Half dozen on taking clones in 12/12.... Half dozen on wanting to start a hempy grow....
