Would a 53Db for an oscillating fan be considered excessive

Can't find many with a desirable 30 . For a standing fan or tower .

Are they common in these specs or is 50s-60s dB excessive.

Inline fan is quieter

I can't sleep without earplugs lol...fans are all fairly loud if you sleep near your grow
