... it's 2 1/2 mouths old 150 HPS bulb, does have fan that you can't see in pics.

Yes, next light cycle. The fan leaves are dark green except for the top tips that look lighter are in fact just a lighter green. From random bag of grass so that might be a factor?
Does the light look far enough away? It might be heat damage?
