hi guys.
i want to make EWC tea.

i have sea kelp,worm casts,humic acid and carboload .

i grow 10 feminized plants in 11 Litre pots and they are first day of flowering .

1 ) how much Worm casts tea do i need for 10 plants in 11 litre pots ?

2 ) how often should i water my plants with worm casts tea ? with every watering or is only one time enough to inoculate beneficals ?

3 ) how can i use this tea ? should i distill it ? how much should i use for per gallon ?

4 ) i know i need to bubble all those stuff with some water for 48 hours.but how much should i use EWC,Sea kelp, water, carboload, humic acid ? what is the ratio ? ?

PS: i grow in LC's soilless mix # 1 . i use bio bizz organic nutrients.

thanks for your help .

My EWC tea consists of... (per 2 gal dechlorinated tap water)
- 1/2 cup EWCs
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 12-24 hours of bubbling/stirrin'

And I pour the stuff in straight.

Sometimes I added some bio-tone for a little more bacteria and nitrogen (a little).

I use EWCs + molasses every watering. If the plants look like they need some N, I'll add in some 8-0-0 fertilizer that is made from fermented sugar beats.

That's the hardest thing for me to answer, "How often" this and that. Depends on how the medium holds water, air flow, amount of water the plants like to have, etc.

I only bubble/stir for up to 24 on the EWC tea because after that it starts to smell like nasty farts. I actually didn't know the other day if the smell was me, or my tea.

Since carboload will serve the same purpose as molasses, try the same amount as molasses (or better yet, 1 tablespoon). Try 1/2 cup of EWC per 2 gallons of water, and I don't know about the kelp. I add kelp meal to the soil itself. The humic acid is something that I thought was already in the EWC, so I have 0 experience with straight humic acid.

That's what I know.

In 1 gallon of unchlorinated water I mix:
1 tbsp molasses (.5-1-3)
2 tbsp bat guano (10-2-1)
2 tbsp alfalfa (3-1-2)
3 tbsp cowmanure (.3-.5-.2)
2 tbsp planttone (5-3-3) - its like ff peace of mind with tone of beneficial bacteria in it!

mix turns out to be 19-7.5-8.2 a lil high on the N but my soil is composting organics so it drains much of the available N

Oh yea, i would start by diluting it 50/50 feed every other water. Can't go wrong with 1-2 tablespoons per meal. If ur using castings or any other manures its more like 4-6 tablespoons to a gallon of water. ALWAYS US UN-CHLORINATED WATER!!! I also use biobizz but only for flower, however it is made mostly from beat extract aka carbohydrates, not as much need for molasses in the mix.

My local garden store sells them for $1 for 2 lbs of EWC. I mix them with my soil. Great slow release N and microbeasties.
