Whocares100 (and Bozo)

Ive just measured my space and its height is 3ft 9 inches. Anything I can do, you can do too.

Also, Ive been looking at Bozo's tech and considering it .... I'm certain I can do that method also (WATCH THIS SPACE) lol
thanks brother, i knew you had the skills and the heart and i knew your space and hers had similarities so i knew you could help her.

thanks for being the kind of guy i thought you were.

The Major of Amsterdam ROCKS! ..............

Amsterdam Coffee Shop News 2012

New drug laws 2012, coffee shop rumours, tourist ban, and other questions answered by independent experts at Amsterdam.info.
December 12, 2012 News:No restrictions for visitors in Amsterdam
The mayor of Amsterdam Eberhard van der Laan confirmed in his letter that a certificate of residence issued by city municipality will not be required to enter the coffee shops in Amsterdam.
The mayor underlined that while one third of six to eight million tourists arriving to Amsterdam each year visits the coffee shops, these visitors do not create any disturbance in the life of the city, while limitations on sale of the cannabis to foreigners might create illegal street trade and be a cause for growth of criminality. At the same time, a strict ban on smoking marijuana in schools and schoolyards has been reaffirmed by the Mayor set to take effect on January 1, 2013.

I'm gonna guess that WA and CO will have their share of MJ tourism due to legalization measures. Here in WA, we have no authorization for dispensaries in the state law, yet some jurisdictions (larger ones like Tacoma, Spokane and Seattle, as well as others), have licensed and let stay open (as of yet) dispensaries. (FYI - this is mostly due to a murky part of our medical MJ law that allowed dispensary operators to claim they were the 'designated provider' when they complete a sale of medication. The designated provider portion of the law allows someone to be designated by a qualified patient to grow and administer their medication. This has since been cleaned up in the state RCW, but they stay open anyway due to some city politicians who are supportive of medical access. Dispensaries were proposed and passed into state law a few years ago, but the Gov veto'd the law after the Feds threatened legal liability for state employees who would license a federally illegal substance.)

My guess is that tourist type smoking spots (like Amsterdam's coffee shops) will open here in time. Hell, we're kinda the coffee drinking capital of the States, why not add the good stuff! lol

Gonna try. . . Man you got to show us your work. I'm 2l hemp jealous. Lol. So I guess you will have 90 plants under your 2x1000's? Also what nutes are you using?

@ Moebius what nutes and additives are you using?
Coming soon. Yes, clone to 90 is the plan.

They look nice and stable, not sure the cost would make it worth it though. and I do like the dimension of the bottles.

I tried for ages to find a racking system like they have in supermarkets for 2L bottles. I looked for about a week but couldn't find any suppliers. The trays they use are designed to drain freely, be washable, and you can carry them with the bottles in. ... Next time you're in the supermarket have a look at them, they're genius piece of design.

Apparently, theres a company that holds the patent and leases out the trays to supermarkets and makes millions. The supermarkets don't even own them.

This is one type of design.

MAAAANNN - I just walked by a stack of those 2 liter holders at the corner store the other day and almost asked if I could have a stack to put my hempy's in! LOL

Here are a few shots of my ladies just waking up. 72 plants in the room right now, a mix of BC God's Bud, Aurora Indica, strawberry blue and liberty haze.

Here are the babies. 23 plants, a mix of strawberry blue and liberty haze, these are 3 days into 12/12, veg'd for a week (more than the usual 1-2 days of veg). We shall see if that veg time helps yield a little better.

Here is a typical BC God's Bud in 12/12, day 24 in. She, along with her 17 companions, were defoliated 3 days ago.

So I'm thinking, maybe ill run those other 3 plants in the veg cab on 12/12 and make a little scrog in there, then I can post in the led threads too! I'm in the 600, the 12/12, here and my own! The alternative is to throw those others away. OR I could keep them vegging long enough to put outside lol, oh wait I promised my wife I wouldn't put any plants outside this year. Fuck its so crazy not to though right?! Too much brain too little resources!

If you want to smoke like the Dutch whilst drinking coffee you'll have to do something about the indoor smoking laws. ... no? ... Ah man, A dutch coffee shop is the sickest, some of the old places and back-street places outta the centraal district of Amsterdam have so much character.

And the women in the window .... jokes , nuff said!

I really hope in my stupid country they don't go the medical route but decriminalize cannabis on the basis of personal liberties, although that's probably a bit too idealistic. I think everyone deserves to consume ganja if the choose.

Yep, they're great. Designed to take up the least amount of space possible. .. just have to find a correct sized drip-tray.

...................

Just seen your pics. WOWZERS Nice one man. I knew you were busy, but dude, you WERE BUSY. Gonna have a phat crop soon. :weed:

And they look great right no w...100_1938.jpg100_1937.jpg

I'm hooked on Hempy...so here is the new growspace, the total space is 12 long, 4 wide and 4 high, This setup is subject to change...100_1952.jpg other side 100_1945.jpg

Here are the new Hempy's for today 100_1947.jpg100_1948.jpg100_1949.jpg

Its great to have you onboard 'whocares100'. Thanks for posting. +REP

You've done really well to get the seedlings that far, especially in perlite. Its where most have issues.

I really want you to succeed, I hope you don't mind a couple of friendly comments.

- Your clear buckets need to be dark.
- I notice you're running seeds as opposed to clones, with a 4ft height limit you'll be wanting to switch to bloom in a week or so , else you may risk running outta height (depending on your strain)
- I think for that many plants you'll need more light.

are you planning on CFL all they way to harvest?
What strain you growing?

:peace:

I made mylar sleeves to go over the bottles and jugs, took them off for the pictures...as everything was hard to see...I have not found gorilla tape anywhere near me yet, so sleeves will have to do...

The seeds are bagseeds and unknown origin or age...if they sprout I tried to keep them going...

I have more lights, I have several 4 foot 4 tube flouros, a few 2 tube 4 footers, and a few 3 footers...and several cfl's in several sizes...I know I need to upgrade the lighting and air flow, I have just so much money right now and I'm trying to use what I have on hand...

Has anyone else tried Hempy in Totes???

Sorry, we're seperated by a common language. .. if the term 'tote' is referring to the bottles with handles Ive seen others grow in them, they're cool. (assuming the res hole is correctly placed). ... The handles just make it more maneuverable and less likely to spill from what I can see.

Bagseed of unknown origin or age. Sounds exciting, you could have a real keeper. If so, you should taking a cutting (but that's not for ages).

Storage totes, Rubbermaid I think

I need a mother, most of my good seeds are Autoflowers and uncloneable...

selecting a mother is probably the most difficult thing to do with limited space. For me, I must confess theres been an element of guess work involved. Its taken me a while to settle on genetics I'm happy to work with.

Have you cropped any of these Auto's? If so did they taste and smoke decent?

One Did die while I was in the hosp, but it was just a stick of popcorn buds, I imagine it dried for 3 days before I came home, so I whacked her and smoked her, It was NOT bad....I think it was skunk diesel. No where near full grown.

I have topped some of my other starts, I'll top the hempys in gallons when the roots catch....

I do plan on some vertical growth or maybe Scrog, depends on how it builds out.

...she's not got that far yet my friend, i've advised her to hold back on the store bought beans until she gains some of the necessary skills to run a perpetual so for now we look for a confirmed female from the bagseed to use as a learning tool so we can master cloning.

...and whocares, i expect you already have the necessary skills to pop some of those autos and while they won't ever provide a mother they will at least give you some bud, just, don't go crazy and pop them all and overwhelm yourself.

...and welcome to WoH, here you will find much knowledge in this hempy thing we do and you will quickly find how elegantly simple and versatile this technique really is!

btw, is that panda plastic i see or is it just white plastic? ...and what's behind the mylar? ...can it be painted? ...and can you get coco near you?

anyway, we'll have you up and running and cranking out bud before you know it.

peace, bozo

Behind the mylar is white plastic, Used recycled wood pellet bags, as far as the floor it's just good cause I'm messy...Also there is a window in the middle covered over by white plastic and the mylar...it can be used for venting in the summer...

Space at the bottom of both walls of 3 inches for air intake, 2 inches on both sides, I'll figure out how to seal her up, but remember guys...I'm a woman with tools and I know how to use them.

I have several pc fans for airflow if needed,
