Lol well back in highschool i used to have a 6 pack, then college hit and i went form 6 pack to just skinny and im starting to get a little bit of beer fat ( not a beer belly, but developing ) well i dont like it, im sure my girl wont like ( she loves me no matter but i want her to be happy ) so anyone got some tips on how to get my abs toned again just by doing shit at home everyday constantly, i cant go to the gym cause they do drug tests and i failed all 10 of them they were almost gonna call the police.

Quit drinking sodas and stop the fast/junk food.

That alone will cause you to drop lbs.

If you want to tone up...some resistance training is needed. Anything from weights to calistetics (sp) will help tone.

Now if you want some mass on those bones like I do...weight training is the only way.

I actually dont drink soda i never did never in my life, never cared for it (judge me and ill rip ur sack off). I do drink lots of coffee which helps with weight loss if used correctly cause it releases fat particles and are ready to be burned off, so you burn it off easier.

What kinda weight training you recommened

bro,,,30 situps a night will get ya back yur six pack,,i'm 40,,,and still have mine,,,and i drink about 12 beers a day,,lol

That is garbage advice. If you have a 6 pack at 40....Youve always had a 6 pack...which means you could do 0 situps and have a 6pack.

Trust me...from the time Ive put in the gym...I know for a fact...30 sit ups per day aint gonna get it. Diet/genetics etc. play more a part than anything.

Im in quite good shape....I do up 400 crunches per day....not including the weight training.

If you already have a gut....30 situps per day wont even put a dent in your abs.

well,,if I don't do these sit ups,,I do get a lil covering over my abs,,and I don't think he said he was fat,,he just said he was concerned,,may be I don,t have to do them,,but when I don't,,they don't look like a six pack

get bycicle and bike to work,on weekends bike to some parks.you see you loss weight.
