work shop lights

ok guys i was plaing on using something liek this for my indoor grow

exetp i was going to take the lights off the stand and hang them up top of my plats do u guys think that this would work

yes my friend told me that halogen wont work is this true?

it is true the only lights you should use is metal hailide for vegi an hps for flowering also you can use horticurtle floresent lights but those are xtra expensive

check your local hardware store,look for dual t8 fixtures,48"/36"/24",all vary in price starting about $20 each , then check your local lighting warehouse for 5000k-6500k for veg. lighting....found that home depot/lowes did not carry those t8 bulbs in this light spectrum.....all for under $75 DOLLARS.good luck,still HPS for flowering....

wait holegen lights are like a dim white not a bright yellow right casue my dad has one of these that shines yellow

halogen lights will not work not enough spectrum an they promote tall streched out plants

shit im also wondering if i could use flood lights ive been wanting to use them for a while

when i say streched i mean there will be alot of space between leaf nodes an you will have less side growthso in turn less pot with less thc content
