But 99% of "work from home" things are scams, or data entry that only pays good if you type 700 words a minute for 14 hours straight.

Ive looked into many home jobs, but none really panned out.

I did start my own business and it is doing well, but it takes about 4-5 years to really grow it to how you want it.

I buy stuff on car forums, and resell on eBay.
I make about $800-$1000/month. It's not bad for doing it on my extra time.

I have a friend that does the phone sex deal. She makes pretty good money
