Wonders of LST & Tastey bud shot

Howdy All,

The first pic is my Asshole (by wild rose seeds.. i know its a wack name) with about 3 months of veg time and 2 1/2 weeks of flowering. I love seeing what you can do with LST. I didnt do it for a height issue, I was just trying to bring the buds to the top.

I topped it to make the y split at the top... then I tied the 2 y shoots down to the side and it grew back up along with all of the side shoots. The tallest top is not even one of the 2 main y shoots.

The 2nd pic is a tastey bud shot, SS Early bud (also from wild rose seeds) (WEEK 3) (this one started to flower before I even changed the lights)

Using a 600 watt HPS in a cool tube
100% organic

i think i see 4 pots it there? id say near a QP easily, but only a fortune teller can guess the dry weight accurately
 
Nice and buddie for 2.5 weeks . . . stems look dang thin . . . best start planning on how you're gonna prop them upwards when the weight causes them to fall over. Happens a lot.

The 2nd pic bud looks quite nice for 3 weeks!

Howdy all thanks for all the comments!

I currently have 2 of the Assholes
4 of the SS Early Bud
and 1 bag seed sativa thing

I'm hoping I can get 8+ oz because i have an insatiable hunger for a good stone.

I'm thinking after this run is complete, I'm going to get another 600 watt and attempt a stadium like set up.

What are the thoughts on a good strain? I'm going to be doing it from seed and I have a few choices.

Jack the ripper (TGA Subcool)
Atomic NL #5
Durban poison

I need something that will squeeze alot of little ones all together rather then a few larger ones.

Suggestions appreciated :-o:weed:
 
i think you can get over or around 8 oz with 7 plants under 600 watt hps

The bagseed came from a bag of Skunk #1 came from the local compassion centre. I somehow expect it to be a 10-12 week flower cycle. Compared to my 6 week early bud or 8 week Asshole.

:idea: I just tie a string all the way around the mass of tops. Works for me

nice crop! i've seen the term LST used frequently. googled it and got -- land ship tank. lol would ya mind educating me about what LST means?

Low Stress Training. used to maximize light penetration to lower areas of the plant by gradually tying down and bending the branches sideways.

cool concept. gonna have to add it to my list of things to learn. alot more to this stuff than growing grass in the yard.
