Wondering when Plants sexually mature

Im not quite sure how to tell when they are sexuallly mature so i can start turning the lights back? thanx

Alot of people go by their height limitations in accordance of when to flip to 12/12. They will double in size, sometimes more sometimes less. I get mine up about 18-24" then flip them. But I can only raise my lights so far.

I go by size. I have a cabinet hydro grow so I switch to 12/12 when they hit about 8-10" and then LST until I harvest. By then they are about 18-24" even with LST... Good luck!
