wondering what burnt my leaves

kept a few inches fom 75 watt CFL
grown in old miracle grow 3month, old as in past the 3 months, so shouldnt really be getting anything from that.

it shouldn't be the light,. its just a cfl it produces almost no heat, and some of the burnt leaves are lower than some un-burnt leaves. also i'm noticing my plant is kinda small for a month old, and ?

so are you saying it could be the soil, even though its past its 3 months that it releases nutrients?
what can i do to help it?
 
ur pics arent showing.So the plants have grown good for three months? Maybe they need some good nutes.
 
I would water the hell out of them (flush) to wash out the time release nutrients then re pot them in soil without nutes. once they got all green again I would start flowering nutes and add every other watering.
 
hmm i'll try flushing and putting in different soil once i can get some. no haven't fed anything yet, since its burnt already i figured i shouldnt yet. and i dont have anything to feed it.
