Please post your medium specifications without that we cannot diagnose wether its a deficiency or a toxicity!!!
SOIL INFO:

Land of cactus compost and other succulents

Ingredients:
85% of vegetable compost
9% of the peat bogs
6% of coarse sand

It is characterized by a mixture of compost land characteristics which are necessary in order to grow the plants respond very sensitively to excess moisture root system.

In addition to conventional produce, it is a small washed gravel. This brings us to the upcoming earth mixture conditions in which these plants grow in natural habitats. Compost provides nutrients in the plants and gravel do not accumulate excess moisture.
Most succulents can survive extremely unfavorable conditions, but planted in the ground marked by continuous (ongoing biodegradation of the compost), steady fertility starts to grow rapidly. It can be seen in a few days. Of course it should be remembered that most of these plants not carrying the light and the lack of cool, frequent the place and angle to the light change. Some species of cactus which may even have been used to lose flower buds.

Why do u think they will be dead. are they wilting? or look sickly? or are they still fine like above?

The situation headed in the wrong side. All the leaves look dried out now, looks like paper flowers!Plants STOP grow for 24 hours already, but still alive(I mean that the plants still standing).I have no ideas how to quickly solve the problem, because for 24 hours and I will not save anything!

spot on bigmanc exactly wat i use
but hey, everyone learns there own way. I would just be kicking myself in the ass if i lost the moneys worth of 200 seeds.

TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM OP

Measure how long your pots go so you can get yourself 2ft,3ft,4ft and so on for t5 bulbs, i would probably get a bulb for every 2 rows you have. Get them about 1inch away from the leaves. Get your veg nutes and use about 25% of called amount but dont drown the fuckers. Your next step is to not listen to the people knocking you about your soil. Thats probly the least of your worries. You can transplant at any time and the root mass wont even be effected by the time u get to a 2-3-5 gal pot THEN YOU USE YOUR HPS. Good Day.

if you add small nutes n it seems to be ok then its probs too high ph from water.. tap water here is between 8 & 9 in ph & raises the longer you leave it, adding nutes will lower the ph but i recommend using vinegar to lower the ph at his stage or get some organic ph down to lower slightly
