I forgot to say also that I live in a high altitude, dry/cold desert environment and the humidity regularly hovers around 20-40% anyway, and I also use dessicant packs in each bag or jar I store packs in. Everything put into shoeboxes in a fridge dedicated to just seeds, cod liver oil, kombucha, and beer. ;-)

I wouldn't freeze my seed. The fridge will suffice.
Once I dumped a bag of seeds in a field in September in Michigan (sub zero temps and feet of snow)
The following fall I had forgot about it and when I returned to hunt pheasants there were hundreds of plants
I even stick a seed in the freezer the night before I germinate

I took full advantage of Seedsman's 420 special.

Since I don't have anything growing right now I was going to take advantage of the new local recreational marketplace special offers, but ran into a couple of snags.

Both of the dispensaries I tried had a policy whereby you had to order first and then pick it up at the site. One of them, my order wouldn't process on my computer, the other had some policy whereby in order to get the specials you had to be on their VIP list, which you could only sign up for in the store.

Too much hassle, not enough relaxation. Instead of shopping, I vaped a bowl and played Xbox.

I have so many seeds saved up, I like places that sell pick and mix now, as long as they have breeders I'm interested in. With seed limits as they are, I don't need an entire pack of seeds, just one fem will do it-I can't remember a time when a seed didn't germinate for me. Sadly, I did not plan for 420 sales and bought NOTHING, boo hoo.

Maybe share how u did it if you didn’t use a standard method . Ijs
Same old same old
Soak overnight in water with some h2o2. then into a paper towel in a Swiss chalet takeout container set on heat mat at 75° wait till root pops and grows about 1/2" then plant in rapid rooter or similar plug until roots emerge then into medium of your choice.
Properly stored seeds will be just as viable (maybe slightly less) as when you put them in there. Cool dry dark is how you want to store them long term. I break open silica packs you get in shoeboxes etc and put the individual beads in the vial with the seeds. Then I keep a few packs in the bag they are in and again a few packs in the box that bag is in. That goes into my 'butter container" in the fridge. Been storing seeds this way for prob 20yrs.
Better in the butter container because opening the fridge/keeping it open can swing the temps/humidity around. This way it's a bit more contained and stays more stable, so better for storing.

There's way to coax older seeds like rolling them around on some fine sandpaper for a bit, Epsom salts work great for germinating seeds. H2o2 works really well too.
